Anderson Hicklen

Anderson Hicklen is one of the Managing Partners of Collective Capital and manages Investor Relations, Fundraising, Deal Sourcing, and Communications/Market. Anderson joined the team in 2015 after a background in technical recruiting and sales. Anderson was born and raised in a family culture of entrepreneurship and small business in the automobile, government defense, hospitality, restaurant, and real estate industries. Anderson is also one of the managers of the AIM South Fund, a growth-stage venture fund making concentrated investments in technology companies. In addition to his responsibilities with Collective Capital, Anderson has been an active volunteer with his church, local junior boards, and other local economic development entrepreneurship programs. Anderson met his wife Allison while at Samford University and they have been married for 6 years.
